Q:  What is the Priority Customer Agreement Plan?

A:   The PCAP is a program that investigates your plumbing or heating systems to be sure they are in good working condition by having an annual plumbing inspection.

Bronze Plan

The bronze plan provides you with a 13 point annual plumbing inspection, which includes:

 

    •  Dye testing toilets

 

   •  Test faucet performance

 

    •  Check exposed water lines

 

   •  Check exposed drains

 

   •  Check washing machine hoses

 

   •  Check hose bibs for leaks

 

   •  Check emergency shutoffs

 

   •  Check water heater for gas leaks

 

   •  Inspect water heater for leaks

 

   •  Check drain valve

 

   •  Check vent draft

 

   •  Check flue pipe

 

   •  Install “BioClean” into drainage system        

Silver Plan

The silver plan includes everything in the Bronze plan, except your discount rate is raised to 10% on all work completed.  The silver plan also includes a heating check list service.

 

What this means is that we inspect your entire heating system to make sure that it is functioning correctly.

Gold Plan

The gold plan includes everything in the bronze and silver plans, except your discount rate jumps to 15% off all work completed.  A great money saver!!!

 

The plan also includes an annual boiler/furnace cleaning and a limited parts warranty, under which Titan Plumbing and Heating (“Titan”) agrees to repair or replace, in case of any defect of which you notify Titan, the following parts*:

 

   •  Thermocouple or themopiles

 

   •  Expansion tank

 

   •  Air vents at boiler/furnace

 

   •  Water feed to boiler/furnace

 

   •  Draw offs on boiler/furnace

 

   •  Relief Valves

 

* Warranty not to exceed 2 parts per calendar year.
